Missing menu item

I am reading the documentation: https://jeroenterheerdt.github.io/HAsmartirrigation/configuration.html and I do not see the in my panel, also could not figure out the direct link, I could use.
Can anyone post the link to it? Or if you have any idea how to the it on the menu?

What exactly are you looking for? If you are not seeing the panel then the installation did not work or you need to reboot HA. Is there anything in the logs? Get Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/AAb9ysg>

I would like to come to the setting page. I alreday reinstalled the addon sevefal times, also rebooted several times. I can add it to devices also add the weather provider.
It does not show in the menu, so I can not configure it as I want.
If you open it, can you post the direct link to it - without your starting hostname/ip? Mqybe I can access it that way?
Or the best way to remo everything from it to try a fresh install?
Or if you know how I can add it to the menu, as it is not there.
