Update dependencies to support glob@10.5.0+ for security fix

Dependabot cannot update glob to a non-vulnerable version because jest requires glob@^7.1.3 and ^7.1.4 via transitive dependencies on test-exclude@6.0.0, @jest/reporters@29.7.0, jest-config@29.7.0, and jest-runtime@29.7.0. The earliest fixed version is glob@10.5.0. Please update these dependencies to allow glob@10.5.0+ to resolve the security vulnerability.

The security issue only impacts the v10 and v11 lines of glob, so no action should be needed by Jest to enable resolving the security vuln
