update froto

In the last froto version was fixed a couple of bugs. Would it be possible to release also a new version of falanx? [One](https://github.com/ctaggart/froto/issues/106) of this bugfixes would allow for our [project](https://github.com/fsharplang-ru/pulsar-client-dotnet) to use falanx instead of a c# project.
