Limit of 100 vulns in `vulnerability_ids` on `xray_security_policy`.

Hi,

The provider limits the number of CVE IDs that you can put in one rule to 100 in xray_security_policy.
However, I don't see any limit mentioned in the API so I was wondering why it's limited to 100.
I tried to put a higher number (2k+) and I got some errors so I guess the limit is here for a reason but is there some indications on why it's 100 and not 500 or an other number ?
