Please add locale for JG Mechanic paint type in Mandarin. #22

Currently,
paint types (like Metallic, Matte ,Util, worn, misc and Chameleon colors in Config.Mods.GtaColours) cannot be renamed to Mandarin word. Can it be added to locale file in next update? Thank you JG
