Experience with Running Multiple TagGUI Instances

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my experience running multiple instances of TagGUI and ask about others' setups.

Currently, I'm running 4 instances of TagGUI on my system:

• 3 instances using Florence-2-large-ft
• 1 instance using SmilingWolf/wd-v1-4-swinv2-tagger-v2

My system specs:

• Dell T7810
• CPU: Xeon 2620 v4 (16 cores / 32 threads)
• RAM: 128 GB
• GPU: NVIDIA Tesla P40 (24 GB VRAM)

With this configuration, I'm seeing:

• RAM usage: about 21 GB
• CPU usage: around 40%

I'm curious to hear from others:

1. How many instances are you able to run simultaneously?
2. What models are you using?
3. What's your hardware setup?
4. What kind of resource usage are you seeing?

It would be great to compare notes and possibly find ways to optimize our workflows. Looking forward to hearing your experiences!

Why are you running multiple instances at the same time?

Because I have a very large collection of photos, (around 15 Tb) and i Want to speedup the process of tagging everything

My plan is to tag/caption every photo with 3 different models to maximize findability/usability

The 3 models are:

Llama3-Lava
Florence-2-large-ft
SmilingWolf/wd-v1-4-swinv2-tagger-v2
