Define your target audiences.

They are the following:

Early career engineers who don't have the luxury of years of experience (or possibly some really bad work environments) to inform how they interview companies/teams;
Mid-career engineers who'd like to tailor their company-interviewing strategy to target specific signals -- things from previous teams that they liked, didn't like, or wanted changes in;
Hiring managers who'd like to have their bases covered when entertaining external candidates.
