Easy to lose annotated data

In the current implementation, one can simply write

```
./trtok prepare cz -l schemes/cz/train.fl -l schemes/cz/evaluate.fl
```

and one will lose all annotated partner files for any files mentioned in the train and evaluate file lists for the cz tokenization scheme.
