[Beta] Change default setting: Enter low priority state on pause

By default, finamp (beta) keeps android from entering the deep sleep state all day unless it goes into low priority mode. By default this setting is disabled. Leaving it disabled causes massive battery drain, even on a fairly new device (Pixel 8 in my case). I'm just proposing that it be enabled by default so that unsuspecting users aren't wondering why the service is constantly draining their battery. (25% screen off drain for me today, without playing any music)

Yeah, it's probably better to change the default. There also are existing issues for this.

I wish there were some good middle ground that allowed Finamp to stay active for a while or easily resume playback, but I haven't been able to figure that out yet.
