Light mode doesnt' work properly
Describe the issue in greater detail
In Web Settings - Theme, when choosing light mode, the theme is not switched to light mode.
In fact, light mode is using the system default.

Steps to reproduce
Set light mode in Web settings having the SO default set to dark mode
Expected behavior
The theme to be set to light

Maybe rename the current light mode to "system default" and create a new option for an actual light mode
