End-Effector tracking cost #8

Thank you for the amazing project and the codebase.
I was wondering if the End-effector tracking cost was actually used during the simulation/hardware experiments, as the corresponding implementation in the cost_functions.py file is perhaps missing? Am I looking in the wrong place, or is it implemented together with other cost?
