Doesn't work on Amazon Connect Page?

I use Amazon connect to make calls to patients, but the plugin appears to fail when on that page.

The plugin does have access to the page, and reads "on", but the Amazon client still moves the mic gain control like crazy while on phone calls.
I can't tell if it was a recent update or not, but it used to work properly. Here are my browser specs and machine specs:
