I (with heavy help of an AI agent) made a desktop application for mlr

Hi there, I'm a Go dev who's been using mlr more and more of the last couple of years. Since my skills are in backend, I've tried using AI to build a desktop application around mlr, in order to help my colleagues understand and use it better.
