I had two devices installed on my cold and warm water meters for almost more than two years now without any issue. I checked the power supply and my phone charges on same supply. I tried restarting the devices by simple plug off / on but I can't observe the flashing led which should came up on boot normally. The content of one sd card looks like this: Any ideas ? |

Apparently something happened that the SD files were damaged or the SD is broken. It should look like this: You have no choice but to put the files again on the SD or possibly replace the SD. |

Did you try another SD card ? I had once problems with cheap SD's purchased on Wish... they are total sh...t. Since, I purchase better quality SD's and dont have anymore trouble. |

I just copied the original content of the sd card at one device and it is starting again... The second one looks similar and after copiing the sd card content led is flashing very fast. |

If it flashes fast, the ESP32 is in a Boot Loop, so something doesn't fit with the SD files. |

To minimize the reflection, you can increase CamGainceiling https://jomjol.github.io/AI-on-the-edge-device-docs/Parameters/#parameter-camgainceiling and reduce the LED intensity at the same time. |

ok now I have the issue that the device is only initializing...

Here I also restored the backupes config.ini but still get this log output: If I unplug the device the normal web page is available and an image is shown
After a while in this step the process switches to "Flow task not yet created" |

The ESP32 may have problems writing to the SD, try to formatting the SD and put the files on it again. |

But exactly the same happened on a third deviice when updating from (15.2.4)->15.7.0 -> 16.0.0 This is the complete log from both updates. |

I followed the Steps described for dig-class100 model which differs from the description you sent. 1.2.2.2.2 SETUP USING dig-class100 OR dig-cont MODELS Reading is still sometimes wrong Stromzähler

"dig-class100-0160_s2_q.tflite" is the latest I can find here: @SybexX I also checked the .zip you've mentioned in #3763 (comment) Unfortunately this .zip file does not contain a newer version of "dig-class100" model. Anyhow, I just set "dig-class100-0173-s2-q.tflite" up again and now additionally set "SpecialEffect = negative" (what you've also mentioned in the post #3763 (comment)).
Or do you recommend using "dig-class11_1911_s2" in my case (I think not as it's intended for "full digits" like LCD). |

"dig-class11_1911_s2" is not only intended for LCDs, I also use them for my "normal" water meter. https://jomjol.github.io/neural-network-digital-counter-readout/ The 1911 model is the Official 1910 model trained with additional negated images. |

"CheckDigitIncreaseConsistency" is disabled. "AllowNegativeRates" is disabled which prevents that the wrong "5" really comes through. Out from the log:
