I think you refer to Homeassistant, right? This has nothing to do with the AIOTED project itself. I also have to fix the statistics sporadically, but never had issues doing it. Can you provide some screenshots? |

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate this isn't anything to do with AIOTE
directly, but i wondered whether AIOTE stores the values somewhere other
than the usual HA statistics. Maybe that would account for them not being
'fixed' when I've 'fixed' them.
As it happens time has passed such that the erroneous readings have just
about fallen off the statistics graph, so the problem isn't a problem any
longer.
Thanks again for writing.

For some reason one day I got several value readings that were way out of line, so I went into the developer tools, statistics section and selected the outliers option. I edited the incorrect values in some cases substituting the previous value and in other cases substituting zero, just to see what effect it would have.
The edited outliers still show as outliers, even though their values are now more realistic (or zero), which i find odd. But more frustrating is that the statistics graph card still shows the old, wrong, high values.
I tried removing the card and adding it back in. I tried choosing a different statistic to track and then reverted it. Nothing makes any difference.
What am I misunderstanding and or doing wrong?
Thanks.
Andy
