Unable to set up AI on the edge with 16.0

Hello,

I had AI on the edge on version 15.x running for >6 months without any problems on my ESP32-CAM device for a watermeter.
All of a sudden, last week it stopped working. Log got stuck at "log_get_last_part_handler".

So, I started to rebuild it, formatted the SD-card, flashed device with 16.0 via browser, started remote-setup incl. WiFi Config from scratch.
Device reboots, the WiFi connects, the web-interface starts up, also the cam and everything seems working, but I cannot get it to work, logfile is below. It also does not start into setup-mode. Already tried 3 times now.
How come that from brand-new setup from scratch the model is already corrupted? What can be the issue here?

Try it with a different SD card, maybe it went bad (already with v15).

It is also known that the formating functionality of Macs are not working well.

Hello, the problem here was apparently impatience.
I had the device in this state (Trying to load the model. If it crashes here.... !) and after around 10 minutes I reloaded the browser. Suddenly I was in Setup-Mode with everything working as expected.

Does this model TFLite files need to be extracted during first boot which takes some time or something like this?
