Du mußt den browser cache und cookies löschen (da an den html Dateien viele Änderungen gemacht wurden, müssen sie neu von der SD gelesen/geladen werden. Um den ESP32 zu entlasten, werden die html Seiten im browser cache 24 Stunden lang gespeichert und müssen dadurch nicht ständig von der SD geladen werden). |

Hallo SyBexX,Danke für die schnelle Antwort.Habe den Cache komplett geleert. Hat allerdings überhaupt nichts geändert. Ich sehe z.B. unter Recognition die aktuellen Werte. Eventuell wurden die neuen html dateien nicht richtig oder garnicht auf deine SD Karte geschrieben, einfach mal das Update neu durchführen. Die Recognition Seite wird immer vom ESP32 geladen und befindet sich nicht auf der SD und wird auch nicht in den browser cache gespeichert. Wenn ein erneutes Update nicht funktioniert, bleibt dir leider nichts Anderes übrig, als die Dateien manuell am PC auf die SD Karte zu kopieren. |

Der file-server sollte auch funktionieren, darüber kannst du die ota_page.html von der SD löschen und die neue hochladen + md5.min.js und das Update nochmal durchführen. |

Also ich finde die Datei ota_page.html nur im directory „html“. Dort ist diese als „ota_page.html“ und als „._ota_page.html": Bevor ich diese lösche noch eine Frage. Im ZIP file ist dann unter „html“ eine „ota_page.html.gz“. Ich nehme an diese muss ich dann rüber kopieren?Und die „md5.min.js“ ist auch auf in dem ZIP. Wir haben die Dateien in .gz geändert, da die gepackten dateien kleiner sind und dadurch auch viel schneller geladen werden (schnellerer Seitenaufbau). Wenn du die OTA-Seite über die Adresseingabe(http://IP_vom_ESP32/ota_page.html) aufrufen willst, mußt du die normale html(.gz entpacken) hochladen, wenn du es über das normale Menue aufrufst, dann die .gz Dateien hochladen. alte Datei löschen:

Eigentlich reicht es auch aus, wenn du nur die .gz Dateien hochlädst, da sie Vorrang vor den normalen html Dateien haben. |

I just upgraded my watermeter esp32 device with the latest version and hit the same issue. I believe the problem is with the camera not being recognized any more. I see you have the follow error in the logs and that's the same error i got. You have to separate the ESP32 from the power supply (hard reset). Sometimes it happens that the camera hangs up during the update and has to be reset. |

Hi SybexX,Ich komme leider nicht weiter. Es sieht für mich fast so aus, als ob es irgendwie auch den file-server „zerschossen“ hat. Auf dem folgenden Screenshot bin ich im Verzeichnis /html. Es wird aber nicht angezeigt und auch die Schaltfläche „Directory Up“ bleibt grau.Der Upload der Dateien funktioniert auch nicht. I've tried that a few times, but that didn't make any difference. I then tried re-updating it again using same image and got the same error. When i clicked reboot the device doesn't seem to come up on my dhcp server suggesting I messed it up. Fortunately I took a backup of my configuration so hopefully I can still recover it before i try to re-install AI-on-the-edge-device software. |

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass durch das Update, bei dir der ganze SD Karten Inhalt beschädigt wurde und da wird warscheinlich wirklich nur noch das löschen oder Formatieren der SD + manuelle Koppieren der Dateien am PC/Laptop helfen. |

Du kannst ja gucken ob der SD Inhalt noch ok ist und dann halt nur den Inhalt des html Ordners mit den neuen Dateien ersetzen und dann nochmal versuchen. |

Diese Probleme tauchen meist auf, wenn man das Update während der Auswertung durchführt, dann bricht eventuell die Stromversorgung zusammen und es entstehen Fehler beim schreiben auf die SD Karte. |

I purged the files from SD card and followed the instructions to manually copy the files to SD card using AI-on-the-edge-device__manual-setup__v16.0.0.zip (i.e. i left out wlan.ini so that i dont have to set it up). I restarted esp32 and now watermeter is working again. Thanks for help! |

The Problem
Hallo, ich schreibe in Deutsch, da ich mich in meiner Muttersprache besser ausdrücken kann.
Nach dem OTA Update von der Version 15.7 auf die aktuelle Release 16.0 bekam ich Fehlermeldungen dass ein Kritische Fehler mit der Kamera (0x00000004) auftritt.
Wenn ich den ESP komplett ausschalte und nach ein paar Sekunden einschalte läuft das System scheinbar. Allerdings bekomme ich unter "Details" nicht zu sehen. Und auch auf die Konfigurationsseite kann ich nicht zugreifen (es wird nichts angezeigt).
Allerdings werden die Werte korrekt über MQTT an Home Assistant übertragen, wie vor dem Update.
Was kann man tun?
