Logfiles only partially available

I started a week ago reading the gasmeter. So this week is my total experience with AI on the edge!
I checked the logfiles and found, that they are only partially persisted. None of my files starts before 6am and some only contain the entries until 8pm. They are not complete? I checked the configuration and nothing seemed to me of any help. Neither time boundaries nor heap-sizes can be set.
Any idea about this?

Thank you. I know this, but was misleaded. I know for sure, that,for today, the gasmeter cannot be read by AIOTE, since the hundreds-decimal is rotating and cannot be recognized ("02N91.0N"). My loglevel is set to "ERROR" and I was pretty sure (out of thin air), that not being able to interpret the number is an error. Today the error is only recognized from 6:32am:
