Bad quality of camera image ESP32-CAM

Hi, i would like to ask you.
I have two ESP32-CAM on one power supply 5V. I!m using it with Digitizer - AI on the edge for watermeter.
One ESP is for cold water and the other one is for hot water. For hot water image quality is perfect, but for cold water image quality is very bad. If i switch power each other, still bad quality in same ESP. I put completly new ESP32-CAM and result is same again.

If i tried connect ESP32-CAM to external 5V power supply for example from laptop, camera quality is ok.
Can you help me where is problem?

If the quality of the image is ok when the ESP32 is connected to the PC, but not when the ESP32 is connected to a power supply, it is usually due to the power connections or the cables are too thin (the ESP32 uses the data lines as an additional power supply, what shouldn't be^^).
Remedy: Replace cables or solder the connections.
