Successful deployment and lots of details for beginners

I worked my way through deploying a meter reader on the weekend, including making some very dumb errors! I captured my workflow on my blog here:

This might be helpful to other ultra-beginners, folks who have never picked up an ESP32 before (like me, until this weekend). Or maybe could be useful in making the documentation more robust.

I love this project. I will stick around and try and learn a bit more and contribute if I can!
