Add workaround for SVG print bug in Firefox #182

Firefox doesn't print external SVGs that are referenced in use elements due to a bug described at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1309046

Is there any possibility of countering that bug with svg4everybody?
