Odd little line next to view draft

Left-top of the eye has an... interesting little line, which has confused me quite a few times, thinking my screen was dirty/having broken pixels

Interesting. Would be due to the recent tooling overhaul, you can see in the generated sprite map that the 'flush cache' icon is bleeding in.

I don't see this issue normally, but if I zoom my browser to 110% I can catch a bit of it.

@edwilde any thoughts? I see there's a padding option for the svg-sprite package, might be able to make use of that, or we could serve the icons straight up instead of making a sprite map.

Switching the icon size from 16px to 15px solves the problem.

It's the scale of 0.95%, remove the scale, and it's just fine.
