Create monolog adapter to improve logging #271

Description
Create a monolog adapter and make this the default adapter. Install monolog as a dependency or at least make it a suggestion.
Additionally Refactor JLog to use an interface that extends PSR-3, so PSR-3 compatible loggers can be used. Refactor should be backwards compatible.
