Description
sometimes when hovering mouse to show, it will only render a little bit and then i have to move the mouse over the whole menu bar to show it. Video shows first part of it, couldn't capture when exactly it happens

Steps to Reproduce
Set menubar to show on hover, randomly sometimes hover the mouse over, and then see strange pixelation rendering effect
