The layout settings isn't working. The bars are empty.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Settings > Menu Bar Layout

macOS Version

26.0.1 (25A362)

Same issue here, Important to note that It only started to happen after the update to macOS Tahoe Version 26.0.1 (25A362).

After update to Ice Version 0.11.13-dev.2. It works again
