Email Notification Content Not Displayed Properly in Outlook #1927

Describe the bug
Hi,

I previously thought Maintainerr email notifications didn’t include details about the media or actions taken, but I’ve since discovered that the information does appear on my iPhone in the notification preview.

However, when I open the same email in Outlook on my PC, there is still no visible information about which media item was handled or what action was taken — I just see a generic subject (e.g. [Maintainerr] - Media Handled) and the Maintainerr logo in the email body.

This suggests the data is present but not being rendered correctly by Outlook.

Could you investigate this? It might be related to the way the email content is formatted (HTML vs plain text, or hidden meta tags) and how Outlook handles it. Ideally, the details should be clearly visible in the email body across all major clients, not just in iOS notifications.

Thanks!
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. View notification email in Outlook (365)

Expected behaviour
Information on what media has been added or handled to be displayed in Outlook

Device (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro

Additional context
I normally use Outlook in dark mode, but I’ve also tried switching to light mode with the same result. I also attempted to select any hidden text, but nothing beyond what’s visible can be selected — which suggests the text isn’t actually present in the email body.
