Update 0.17.3 (#83)

* chore: bump dependencies (bevy 0.17.1 -> 0.17.3) * chore: track Cargo.lock with git This was not recommended once but it is encouraged nowadays. Also without this our cargo benches are really hard to track, if we do version bumps like we just did.
