Feature request

Hi all,

I would like to proposal a feature for the go-hass-agent. I would like the introduction of the Docker awareness concept. The idea is if you have access to the docker/podman socket to get information and capabilities about the containers such as :

1. Provide status sensor for all containers in states of Running or Not Running.
2. Provide start, stop and restart capabilities for every container.
3. Provide update capability in case latest is used or awareness if newer version is available
4. CPU and Memory utilization of each container.

is such a feature of interest to the agent or its against the core principles and designs ?

Hey there, YES! This has been something I want to look into. There might be some limitations with it, as the agent runs as a regular user so permissions might need to be adjusted on the Docker side.

It might take me a bit of time to implement this but just thought I'd reply to say yes it's definitely something I would like to add!
