clean up hardware_product specification structure

see todo notes in json_schema/request.yaml in branch checkpoint/20210104-move-hardware_product-columns re restructuring specification fields and formats for sanity. e.g. _slots should be a list of index numbers, disk_size should fold into disks.

• update specification schema
• db migration to update all existing specification properties in the db
