Google Docs "Tabs" Support

Hello! I'm looking through this repo as a solid base option for a project I'm working on, and it looks great!

I might try adding support for the Google Docs Tabs feature:

Google Docs has a relatively new "tabs" feature, where a single google doc can contain many "tabs" in a left sidebar.

Here's an example:

We can access these via the API as well:
https://developers.google.com/workspace/docs/api/how-tos/tabs

If we could grab markdown from all tabs in a doc in a similar way, with breadcrumbs and all, that would be great!
