How to combine two objects?

Hi!

I have an input like

{
    "pkg/pkg-name-aaa": {
        "type": "mytype",
        "description": "Description 1."
    },
    "pkg/pkg-name-bbb": {
        "type": "mytype",
        "description": "Description 2."
    },
    "pkg/pkg-name-ccc": null
}

And I would like to extract the subobject that matches "/pkg-name-aaa" in the key, and the result be formatted like

{
    "name": "pkg-name-aaa",
    "type": "mytype",
    "description": "Description 1."
}

After some fiddling, I managed to find only the object I'm interested in, by key, with

cat myjson.json | jq "to_entries | .[] | select(.key | endswith(\"/pkg-name-aaa\")) // empty"

and I get

{
    "key": "pkg-name-aaa",
    "value": {
        "type": "mytype",
        "description": "Description 1."
    }
}

Starting from this, how can I achieve this:

{
    "name": "pkg-name-aaa",
    "type": "mytype",
    "description": "Description 1."
}

?
I tried extracting the .value and then add, somehow, the .key value as name, but I didn't manage to get it working. I also tried constructing the end object by hand, but to no avail. The thing is that the keys in value are dynamic, and I don't want to hardcode them.

Oh, it seems I just managed to get it working with

cat myjson.json | jq "to_entries | .[] | select(.key | endswith(\"/pkg-name-aaa\"))"' | . as $top | .value | . + {name: $top.key} // empty'

but I'm sure there must be a better/simpler way to do this. If you have any idea how... it would help! Thank you!

cat myjson.json | jq "to_entries[] | select(.key | endswith(\"/pkg-name-aaa\")) | {name: .key} + .value // empty"
