Replaces the current probe detail modal. Design in Figma.

After #51, also incorporate the following: when the probe is outdated, show a full-width message warning above the line with probe IPs: "The probe is running an outdated version of the firmware and needs to be updated. Please see the hardware probe upgrade instructions."
