Bad installer [apt]: [Errno 2] No such file or directory problem was gone with 0.11.6 and current problem is opencv_apps,

can we remove opencv_apps from .rosinstall or allow failure on hydro, or fix openv_apps?

Hydro was already dropped in jsk_recognition (jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_recognition#2217).
We can close this issue (but I have no such access in this repository).
