Currently, when reading a blog post, the Table of Contents (TOC) remains static and does not visually indicate which section the user is currently viewing. This makes it harder for readers to track their progress and understand where they are within the article, especially in long-form content.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the TOC to dynamically highlight or change the color of the section that is currently visible in the viewport. This visual cue will help users better orient themselves while reading and improve overall navigation and readability.

@idanidan29 there was already a similar issue #1508 opened on march 11, it was closed by benjamin as not planned because the current goal is to keep the code simple and consistent
