🐛 Bug: TOC in the new blog is filled with unreverent sentences #1744

@idanidan29

Description

@idanidan29

Describe the bug

In the new blog posts, the Table of Contents (TOC) is automatically populated with sentences or phrases that are not actual headings, leading to a cluttered and confusing navigation experience.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to a newly published blog post (e.g., [example blog link if available])
  2. Look at the right-hand Table of Contents (TOC)
  3. Notice that it contains arbitrary lines from the body content, not just section headers
  4. Observe that these entries do not link to any meaningful part of the post

Expected Behavior

the TOC should behave accordingly with only the sections presented and not unrelated data
