Can't create a file

Hi guys, I am new to linux ubuntu, so i might be a little inexperienced. However, I can't create a file inside a folder to which i mounted my Onedrive. Can you tell me if creating files locally is even possible with this software or I am doing sth wrong. I also tried changing permission for this specified directory to be able to write, it didn't work tho. Here is a terminal ss:

use 'll' at ~,to know whether the directory belongs to you or root. If it belongs root, mkdir again without sudo
