Switch over to using native pipe

I currently run CI back to "oldrel-1":

Lines 22 to 26 in 87d90fc

	- {os: macOS-latest, r: 'release'}
	- {os: windows-latest, r: 'release'}
	- {os: ubuntu-latest, r: 'devel', http-user-agent: 'release'}
	- {os: ubuntu-latest, r: 'release'}
	- {os: ubuntu-latest, r: 'oldrel-1'}

This means I can switch over to the native pipe at any time. Related to #242.
