Consolidate Project Jupyter's domain names in one account

Historically, we have registered domains a bit ad hoc and individuals within the project have registered domains using their own personal accounts.

Now that we have an account management system, we are in the process of moving all our domains to one provider.

If you currently have access to a Jupyter domain, please ping to help!

Update

The 11 domain names we consolidated earlier are now in the process of being transferred to LF's registrar.

Our DNS remains unchanged and configurable if you have access to the Infrastructure vault. If you need access to this, please get in touch with the [https://github.com/jupyter/security](Jupyter Security) group

The domains are transferred to LF Charities, their DNS remains on CloudFlare as before and in our password manager. Other domain issues can be handled in separate issues.
