Please explain the steps for combining autograding with manual grading.

Hello!

I can autograde manually exchanged files but I'm not sure how to add manual grades to the autograded notebooks.

Can you confirm that formgrader is the only way to grade manually?
Unfortunately formgrader doesn't work because the assignments don't show up.

Please consider restructuring https://nbgrader.readthedocs.io because it's hard to figure out how nbgrader really works.
