Show underlying JupyterLab/Notebook versions in dialog?

That would be useful for users to know what versions of apps it corresponds to. Currently it only shows lite version. Not sure how difficult this would be.

Looks like it's tracked in the JupyterLite repo: jupyterlite/jupyterlite#1317. Maybe we can look into fixing it there?

For the copyright it should indeed be updated. If anyone wants to submit a PR that would be great, thanks!

The situation gets even more exciting when a site overloads this version in jupyter-lite.json. And of course, someone could do this on a reskin of a server-backed notebook as well... which itself doesn't show the lab version (a mismatch against the expected is what is most likely to cause noticeable breakage), nor have a an up-to-date copyright year:

I think the play might be to just offer a commandlinker link from that page to the Licenses UI, as there's no telling how deep a given stack might be.
