Imported modules are not watched by Webpack 4 (i.e. Hot Reload does not work)

I have experienced this with React Storybook 5.0.11 which uses Webpack 4.29. The standard imports seem to work fine.

Seconding this. This would be a great feature since I have to manually rebuild every time I make a change to imported .less files.
