For version 11-20-0 when using a discussion list public list got this warning message
[Tue Nov 1 17:15:02 2022] mail.cgi: cannot use HTML::Packer:Can't locate HTML/Packer.pm in @inc (@inc contains: ../../../../ ../../../../DADA/perllib ./DADA/per... at DADA/App/FormatMessages/Filters/HTMLMinifier.pm line 87.

it still worked but messages does fill up log
