Using face-api instead of opencv

Hi,

Face detection with OpenCV is not good for some photos but face-api is working perfectly. Is it possible to use face-api for face detection in smatcrop-cli?

It should be possible, someone just need to implement it. I guess the tensor flow dependency can't be worse than opencv. ;)

I'll give it a shot once I find some time - unless someone else does it first. :)
