Akka Cluster operator can't be installed, Bintray repo returns 403 #5

When installing the operator using OLM the pod stays on PullImageBackoff.
It seems that the bintray repo is returning a 403:
$ docker pull lightbend-docker-registry.bintray.io/lightbend/akkacluster-operator:v1.0.0
