Any plan to support IPAMClaim/allowPersistentIPs in whareabouts so vm's can have persistent ip's?

IMHO, it would definitely be interesting.

I don't have buffer to implement it though.

I recommend you join one of the community meetings to iron out the use case, and maybe even kick an implementation forward.
