A version of devnet that runs on Kubernetes #2
Description
The current docker compose based setup of devnet works well for local deployments on a single node.
For larger deployments it would be nice to distribute nodes across physical nodes. For certain scenarios it would also be helpful to create Pods of related containers that could be scaled as a unite. Kubernetes would support this (an alternative could be Podman, which could be used with Kubernetes specifications)
