Change output of seeing #14
Description
The seeing executable currently outputs the raw fwhm values followed by the i-band zenith atmospheric fwhm values (i.e., no instrumental correction) followed by a predicted seeing value including the instrumental component. This is (understandably) confusing to users and could be updated or at least better documented.
