breaks desktop overview in Gnome 42

The extension works great in general but as soon as I have a fullscreen window, it breaks the overview (aka Activities, aka that thing that comes when you scroll down with three fingers). It looks like it is zoomed in and one can only see the lower half of the window. Currently installed and activated extensions are no window management ones but to be sure I deactivated every single one and the issue persisted.
