Could we push for another release on CRAN about the removal of -luuid? #114

Some packages depending on bigmemory could not compile on some platforms due to the -luuid. Although it is fixed on GitHub but it seems that the CRAN version is still having this.

I encountered this error on r-hub as well, related issue: r-hub/rhub#566
