How to install on Windows?

The installation instructions seems to be written for *NIX systems. How can I install Acme2x on Windows?

Try to use Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL 2) or even plan9port compiled for Windows itself (if i recall correctly, it used to also run under Windows, but i'm not sure if it stills compiling and running).
